•Communicates any changes in daily duties

•Makes sure all shifts are covered

•Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (wall switches,light fixtures bulbs, ballasts, and tubes)

•Performs minor plumbing maintenance (repair or replace minor leaks in drains and faucets: unclog drains.

•Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work. (painting, staining, hanging doors, changing locks)
