    As a Manager of Integrated Supply Chain Finance at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will take a critical role in guiding financial strategies and optimizing the efficiency of our supply chain operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and influence the financial aspects of our integrated supply chain, contributing significantly to the organization's performance.

     

    You will report directly to our Director- Finance and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ or Spokane, WA site location on a Hybrid work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will be responsible for helping to lead the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team, providing financial guidance and support to drive business performance and profitability. Your expertise in supply chain finance principles, cost accounting, and financial analysis will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain operations and improving cost efficiency. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your financial analysis and insights will support decision-making and drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance. You will play a key role in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for the Integrated Supply Chain organization.

     

    + Provide strategic support to the business in all aspects of operations, finance, supply chain, and working capital

    + Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives

    + Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability

    + Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize plant performance and minimize costs

    + Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

    + Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, demonstrating a path of increased responsibility.

    + Strong knowledge of supply chain finance principles, cost accounting, and financial analysis.

    + Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements in a complex, global organization.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

    This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025.

    The annual base salary range for this position is $118,000.00 - $147,000.00 for Spokane, WA. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
