As a **Field Service Supervisor** here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. Your strategic mindset and operational expertise will drive the success of our field service operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Houston, Texas location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall performance of the field service operations by managing a team of technicians, optimizing service delivery processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and oversee the Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and cooperate with functions for the service bank growth
• Manage day 2 day requirements of the running contracts for customer satisfaction
• Ensure HSE requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service management or a similar role.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• People Management proven experience for min 5 years
• Excellent organization skills.
• An ability to train others and direct and motivate a team.
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Significant experience applying best practices in Customer & Product Support.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies
• Experience with SAP, Customer Portals, Oracle, Excel, and integrated reporting systems.
