Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for technology and building automation systems? Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive profitable growth by promoting and selling high-value, integrated solutions and technology systems to consulting engineers, contractors, and end user customers.
What You'll Do:
+ Develop new and retrofit project opportunities for our Integration product lines within your territory.
+ Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and customers to influence design and construction decisions.
+ Deliver complete technology and system solutions that meet customer objectives, code requirements, and profitability goals.
+ Prepare competitive bids, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses to win new business.
+ Conduct impactful sales presentations to engineers, clients, and industry groups.
+ Use CRM tools to track progress, manage opportunities, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
+ Represent Stark Tech at trade shows, product demos, and professional networking events.
+ Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
+ Strong technical and industry knowledge in building systems, integration, or IoT solutions.
+ Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences.
+ Team-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and mentoring others.
