    In this NDT/NDI Tech role at Honeywell Aero, Greer, SC, you will join a dynamic team to provide NDT Inspection support for Honeywell Inc. while partnering with manufacturing teams and leaders. You will ensure that quality is maintained in all factors involved in the production and inspection of components.

     

    Just to let you know, you will need to complete Honeywell NDT Level II Certification in one method (PT/MT/RT/UT) in accordance with NAS-410 and internal Honeywell NDE-001requirements within your first 90 days.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Test parts and raw material, and perform inspections

    + Monitor and verify quality

    + Recommend improvements

    + Conform to specifications

    + Record observations

    + Develop specs and procedures

    + Improve quality practices

    + Set up and calibrate equipment

    + Perform necessary process controls

    + Capable of independent work

    + Work as a team member in a team environment

    + Ability to work an off shift

     

    Schedule: 2nd shift 4:00 PM -2:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in non-destructive testing.

    + Certification in at least one NDT method (e.g., UT, RT, MT, PT).

    WE VALUE

    + Experience with multiple NDT methods.

    + Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
