    Program Aide – Acton, MA

     

    13-Week Contract | Weekday Schedule Only

     

    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with a respected adult day health provider in Acton, MA, currently seeking a Program Aide to support participants in a dynamic and person-centered environment. This is a great opportunity for a compassionate caregiver to make a meaningful impact in a weekday-only setting.

    Position Overview

    As a Program Aide, you will assist in planning and implementing daily activities, support participant engagement, and help maintain documentation and schedules. You’ll work closely with program staff to create a welcoming and enriching experience for older adults.

     

    Schedule

     

    Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

     

    No weekends

     

    Start Date: ASAP – within 2 weeks of offer

     

    Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour

    Key Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with staff to plan and coordinate engaging, person-centered activities

    + Assist with setup and guide participants through group and individual activities

    + Encourage active participation and provide hands-on support

    + Maintain daily and weekly activity calendars

    + Track attendance and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 1 year experience required

    + Experience in group homes or dayhab settings preferred

    + Reliable transportation required
