Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and oversee the business analysis and planning function, driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives
+ Develop and implement business strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth
+ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute business plans
+ Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data driven insights
+ Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
+ Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities
+ Lead and develop a high performing team of business analysts and planners
YOU MUST HAVE
+ A minimum of 8 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership.
+ Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
+ Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
+ Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
+ Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
