    AmergisEducational Staffing is seeking experienced and compassionate BoardCertified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in school-basedsettings across the Greater Los Angeles area. As a BCBA, you’ll play a vitalrole in supporting students with behavioral, developmental, andsocial-emotional needs.

     
     

    + Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

    + Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

    + Supervise and train RBTs and Behavioral Technicians

    + Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams

    + Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

    + Provide consultation and support across classrooms and programs

    ? What You’ll Need:

    + Active BCBA certification (required)

    + Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

    + Experience in school or pediatric settings (preferred)

    + Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
