    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Support students with behavioral and academic goals

    + Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision

    + Provide one-on-one or small group support

    + Collaborate with teachers and school staff to foster a positive learning environment

    + Help ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space for all students

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Experience working with children with special needs

    + Compassion, patience, and a team-player mindset

    + Familiarity with ABA therapy techniques
