    Salary: $2320 / Week

     

    Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Case Manager RN that would be interested in an 13 Week, full-time contract opportunity in Deerfield , IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

     

    Position: RN - Case Manager

     

    Pay Rate RN (Local): $58 (depends on experience)

     

    + $0.70 per mile reimbursed

    Schedule:

    + Full Time

    + Monday - Friday

    + 9 AM - 5 PM (open to flexible start times)

    Duration:

    + 13 Weeks (option for temp to perm)

    Requirements:

    + 2+ year of experience as Case Manager RN

    + Experience with home visits

    + hospice experience REQUIRED

    + assisted living, and skilled nursing facility experience preferred

    + Active Illinois Registered Nurse licensure

    + MUST live within 20 miles of Deerfield, IL

    + Location could be Deerfield, Northbrook, Highland Park, Glenview, Skokie, Evanston, Park Ridge, Vernon Hills

    + ASAP Start
