As a **Sales Excellence Specialist** here at Honeywell, you will be an essential part of driving transformative initiatives to elevate our sales strategy and drive growth. Your role will involve managing advanced initiatives to streamline processes, drive seller efficiency and effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in driving innovative solutions and cutting-edge tools and technology that enhance sales performance and customer obsession.
You will report directly to our Sr. Director of Sales Excellence, working preferably out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
+ Help manage the development and implementation of sales excellence strategies and initiatives.
+ Participate in the design and optimization of sales processes, tools, and technologies to drive sales performance and efficiency.
+ Provide expert guidance and support to the sales teams in exceeding their targets through effective use of sales tools and technology.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 6+ years of transferrable experience.
+ Proven experience in sales, sales excellence or sales operations roles.
+ Experience with the sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
+ Technical expertise in product management.
+ Experience in helping to drive sales transformation initiatives.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
+ Passion for driving sales excellence and achieving business objectives.
+ Experience with training and change management principles.
+ Experience with AI tools and technologies, including exposure to prompting best practices.
+ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
