    Customer Service Representative

    **Location:** Salt Lake City, UT

    **Pay:** $17.00/hr. + monthly incentives

    Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

    **Hybrid Schedule:** 4 days WFH, 1 day in office

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members—providing exceptional service, solving problems, and guiding them as they grow their professional paths.

    What You’ll Do

    + Be the voice of our organization—respond to member inquiries with professionalism and care.

    + Help members with billing updates, profile changes, and certification applications.

    + Guide members through our website, training programs, and certification processes.

    + Recommend products and services that align with members’ goals.

    + Handle payments accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.

    + Build strong relationships with members and help resolve concerns effectively.

    What You’ll Bring

    + 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or similar preferred).

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to multitask across multiple systems and screens.

    + A calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused mindset.

    + Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency.

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.
