CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - EAI position for our client in Houston, TX.
**Duration:** 10 months
Duties:
+ Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO BW 5.x.
+ Implement messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS.
+ Develop and optimize SOAP/REST-based web services, XML/JSON transformations, and adapters.
+ Integrate with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), enterprise applications, and legacy systems.
+ Design and implement error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions.
+ Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
+ Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
+ Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and provide root cause analysis.
+ Contribute to Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and follow DevOps best practices.
Skills:
+ Strong expertise in TIBCO BW 5.x and TIBCO EMS.
+ Proficiency in developing SOAP/REST web services and working with XML/JSON data formats.
+ Experience integrating with enterprise applications, databases, and legacy systems.
+ Knowledge of error handling, logging, and monitoring best practices.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise application integration and middleware development.
+ Hands-on experience with TIBCO BW, EMS, adapters, and web services integration.
+ Proven experience in production support and troubleshooting of EAI solutions.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
