Application Architect with Maximo

CTG is seeking to fill an Application Architect with Maximo position for our client in Columbus, OH.
**Duration:** 5 months
Key Responsibilities:
+ Define and implement enterprise data architecture and standards for IBM Maximo.
+ Develop logical and physical data models and support integrations with ERP, GIS, and other systems.
+ Lead data migration and conversion for Maximo implementations and upgrades.
+ Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across Maximo modules (Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, Procurement).
+ Design and oversee ETL processes for data integration, reporting, and data warehouses/lakes.
+ Provide architectural guidance for Maximo integrations (MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
+ Support system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization.
+ Mentor development teams and enforce Maximo best practices.
Required Skills:
+ Deep knowledge of IBM Maximo architecture and modules.
+ Expertise in enterprise data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.
+ Experience with MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integrations.
+ Familiarity with ERP and GIS system integrations.
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
+ Excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders.
Experience:
+ 8+ years in application or solution architecture roles.
+ Hands-on experience with Maximo implementations and integrations.
+ Proven track record leading enterprise data architecture initiatives.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
