    CTG is seeking to fill a Scrum Master II opening for our client in Wilmington, DE.

     

    **Duration:** 5 months

    Overview:

    Join a growing team as a Scrum Master II, providing servant-leadership and mentorship to multiple cross-functional agile teams. Apply Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) to foster self-organization, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and coach multiple agile teams to high performance.

    + Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

    + Promote continuous improvement through transparency, collaboration, and retrospectives.

    + Address blocking issues beyond the team’s control to keep goals on track.

    + Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters and share best practices.

    + Use information radiators to visualize team workflow and progress.

    + Collaborate with other Agile Leaders to enhance organizational agile adoption.

    + Support individual and team learning through communities of practice, conferences, and training.

    + Ensure adherence to company risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.

    + Promote diversity and a positive team environment.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + SAFe and Agile knowledge

    + Time management and organizational skills

    + Experienced Scrum Master

    + Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years on agile teams (including 2+ years as Scrum Master) **or** 8+ years combined education/work experience (including 4+ years on agile teams and 2+ years as Scrum Master)

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    + Experience in multiple technology roles (PM, UX, BA, developer, testing, deployment)

    + Prior experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement

    + Knowledge of Agile/Lean principles and Design Thinking

    + Experience managing digital capabilities

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Leadership through influence
