    CTG is seeking a **Financial Analyst II** to join our client’s finance team in **Buffalo, NY** . This role provides financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support management decision-making and business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct financial research, compile data, and prepare reports.

    + Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.

    + Support and occasionally lead projects of moderate scope.

    + Maintain and enhance forecast models, pro forma analysis, and reporting tools.

    + Collaborate across teams to improve processes and documentation.

    + Demonstrate proficiency in financial systems and tools.

    + Participate in training and mentoring junior staff.

    + Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk policies, and regulatory standards.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

    + Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.

    + Strong Excel and Power BI skills.

    + Tax accounting experience.

    + Familiarity with OneSource Tax software.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
