Picture Yourself at Pega:

As Product Marketing Senior Manager of AI & Cloud, you’ll lead messaging , content creations and go-to-market execution for Pega’s foundational AI and cloud capabilities. You’ll translate technical depth into compelling value, drive launch excellence across channels, and shape competitive positioning in hyperscaler ecosystems. You’ll define and track KPIs like cloud ACV, GenAI adoption, and customer satisfaction—ensuring insights drive product and field success.

What You'll Do at Pega:

+ Messaging & Positioning: Own persona-based messaging for security, compliance, and architecture across all channels.

+ Launch Execution: Lead GTM orchestration for foundational capabilities—ensuring smooth sales, enablement, and adoption.

+ Competitive Intelligence: Benchmark hyperscaler and AI competitors; deliver actionable insights for product and field teams.

+ Metrics & Scorecards: Track KPIs to inform roadmap, improve delivery, and enhance customer experience.

+ Program Support: Communicate cross-functional changes (e.g., migrations, deprecations) with clarity and empathy.

Who You Are:

A strategic storyteller and operator with deep cloud and AI curiosity. You excel at translating complexity into business value, creating high-impact presentations, and driving adoption through data. You understand the Pragmatic Marketing Framework, hyperscaler GTM strategies, and AI governance trends. You thrive in cross-functional environments and bring energy, creativity, and precision to every launch.

What You've Accomplished:

+ 7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, including 3+ years in cloud/AI.

+ Proven ownership of messaging, content creation, launch plans, and enablement.

+ Experience with partner marketing and competitive analysis.

+ Familiarity with AWS, GCP, and AI governance frameworks.
