Qualifications:

+ MD, DO, or foreign equivalent

+ BC/BE in Anesthesiology with fellowship training or significant experience in Pediatric Anesthesia

+ Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

+ Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
