ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Service Associate. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow while contributing to the stability and success of our technology landscape. The ideal candidate should have a basic technical background, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to develop expertise in operational processes.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities for the ERP Support Service Associate include:
+ Learn about AI products with guidance from senior team members, while developing customer service and IT skills.
+ Help document support processes and add to the team's knowledge base.
+ Assist with tracking support activities and contribute to team improvement efforts.
+ Work closely with team members to spot opportunities for making processes more efficient.
+ Provide basic day-to-day support for global and regional applications in the portfolio.
+ Follow established Governance & Compliance processes with direction from senior colleagues.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
+ Basic understanding of IT concepts, customer service, or application support.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
+ Good communication and teamwork skills.
+ Interest in developing skills in AI products, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Basic awareness of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and data security concepts, with a willingness to learn and apply best practices.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66 500,00 to $110 900,00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7,5% of the base salary.
