    **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Senior HR Representative helps coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human resources staff; assist and advise on HR issues and provides support on a range of HR projects, as requested, to contribute to the successful achievements of outcomes on these projects. You will report to the HR Supervisor.

    **Locatio** n: Durant

    **Schedule** : Regular/Full-Time - 9:00am-5:30pm

     

    Wage access is an option for this position.

    Primary Tasks:

    + You will enforce company policies with regard to Human Resource administration related issues and provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.

    + Prepare human resource documents, record statistics and handle confidential material in the human resources department.

    + Create monthly reports and specially requested reports for several departments.

    + Analyze a variety of data, reports, and statistical summaries.

    + You will work with external entities in providing authorized employment information about such areas as employment verification, income verification, unemployment inquiries, and garnishment requests.

    + Monitor, audit and report on important metrics on an ongoing basis by working within HR systems.

    + Respond to employees with Choctaw Family Medical Leave Act approval notices.

    + Help with administrative work concerning multiple human resource support operations.

    + May handle logistics for training activities including scheduling venues, ensuring equipment availability and prepare the physical setup.

    + Help prepare and facilitate different training programs.

    + May perform portions of the work of higher classified positions occasionally, as assigned.

    + Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

    Required Education** **and experience:

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Create spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), charts, and word-processing.

    + Able to keep the larger goals in context, take ownership for multiple assignments, prioritize work, deadlines, and delegate

    + Able to handle delicate information and maintain complete confidentiality.

    + Prior HR experience.
