    OVERVIEW

    The Process Support Coordinator provides strong administrative support to the Domino Baltimore facility by managing and tracking material usage and production volumes through SAP, preparing reports, handling information requests, tracking data and performing clerical functions.

    DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Review and reconcile melt volumes.

    + Enter material usage and production volumes in SAP.

    + Maintain production paperwork for traceability purposes.

    + Assist the Logistics and QA Teams with traceability exercises.

    + Assist Process Team with maintaining and tracking process downtime, weekly trends and metric reporting.

    + Assist in tracking and recording data and preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports.

    + Update and maintain metrics boards.

    + Use SAP to generate purchase requests for materials or services, and to perform service entries for invoices.

    + Various administrative duties such as ordering supplies and time keeping administration.

    + Provide back-up to process supervisors for UKG time keeping and maintenance.

    + Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory.

    + Answer/direct phone calls and greeting visitors/contractors

    + Support the leadership team on as needed basis.

    + Serve as administrative lead and training facilitator for special projects (i.e. wellness and safety) as needed.

    + Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes, mail and email.

    + Maintain files and record keeping for the facility.

    WORK EXPERIENCES

    + 3-5 years in an operational support role preferred

    + Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    + 3-5 years in an operational support role preferred

    + College/University Diploma/Degree

    + The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in an operational support function such as inventory, planning, purchasing, etc.

    ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES)

    + Demonstrated ability to create and analyze Microsoft Office documents is required, specifically Excel.

    + Proficient in SAP.

    + Detail-oriented with highly evolved organizational skills, effective time management, and proven follow-through.

    + High level of professional maturity, presence, and experience working with high level leadership.

    + Superior written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate cross-functionally and to all levels within the organization.

    + Ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and solve problems.

    + Demonstrated ability to adapt to change; flexible when priorities shift.

    + Ability to interact with internal and external business partners.

    + Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment, multitasking to meet deliverables with limited supervision.

    + Ability to work overtime as needed

    LOCATION OF ROLE

    + Baltimore, Maryland

    SALARY PAY RANGE: $47,500 -79,500

    The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

     

    Benefits include healthcare (medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs) available the first of the month following 30 days of employment, 401(k) with match, life insurance, AD&D, short-term disability, vacation, holiday and sick time.
