This role is based in Denver, CO and follows a hybrid work model, requiring two in-office days per week to foster collaboration and team engagement.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Analyst to join our team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Research and interpret investor and mortgage insurance company product parameters to develop and refine product documentation that is clear, concise, and consistently formatted.
+ Create internal product announcements and implement changes or clarifications to product requirements, maintaining a comprehensive record of updates by product group.
+ Develop reference guides and tools to support product-related business needs.
+ Communicate product requirement changes and new product features to internal teams for system support and development.
+ Create marketing materials to promote new and existing products and features.
+ Participate in product gap assessments to identify and address business needs.
+ Coordinate resolution of product-related issues across departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
+ Plan and lead training sessions focused on the background, impact, and rationale for product changes and new launches.
+ Support compliance efforts by helping prioritize product-related activities.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing, products, and industry developments.

REQUIRED EDUCATION (degree, licenses, certifications, etc.):
+ Minimum High School Diploma Required
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field highly preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (work related, tools/equipment, software, etc.):
+ 2+ years of experience in product development, business analysis, or a similar role.
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Canva and Microsoft Office applications.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
+ Familiarity with mortgage or financial services industry is a plus.
SALARY RANGE: $68,000 to $90,000 annually depending upon experience. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
In addition to up to 9 paid company holidays per year, employees are eligible for up to 6 days of sick pay. Moreover, eligible employees with less than 10 years of service can accrue up to 17 PTO days per year (and up to 22 PTO days per year upon 10 or more years of service). Employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Plan. Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Employees are covered by company-paid disability, basic life insurance and parental leave. Voluntary insurance coverage options, including critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity, are also available. In addition, the Company offers an Employee Assistance Program and tuition reimbursement (as applicable). Employees may also be eligible for state required benefits such as paid family and medical leave insurance and/or paid sick time as applicable.
