Job Description

+ Configure, troubleshoot, isolate, repair, document and resolve all customer desktop hardware and software technical issues.

+ Completes test activities with robust documentation through standardized validation plans and verification results.

+ Ensure all products and software comply with government standards through formal verification methods.

+ Recommend hardware and software improvements to lower RMA rates.

+ Knowledge of coding and/or scripting to all software are up to date.

+ To create and provide training materials/procedures for RMA repairs.

+ Other duties as assigned

Pay Transparency

This job posting may span more than one job level. The base salary range for this position in Ontario, CA is $19.00/hour.
