Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team at Road and Rail. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of products. This role requires a reliable individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that inventory is organized, and products are accurately prepared for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Receive, unload, and inspect shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of products.

+ Organize and store products in the warehouse according to established procedures.

+ Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.

+ Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in accordance with safety guidelines.

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine stock counts.

+ Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.

+ Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.

+ Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.

+ Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

+ Basic computer skills for inventory management.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Forklift certification is a plus, but training will be provided.

+ Driver's License Required
