Job Description
The position duties are related to Credentialing Compliance, including internal and external audits, accreditation surveys, on-site audit liaison, sanction monitoring, sub-delegation oversight, reporting, appropriate documentation, projects, team support, etc.
The Credentialing Compliance team coordinates with and assists the larger Credentialing team to ensure we meet regulatory, state, federal, accreditation and payor standards and requirements.
Position responsibility highlights:
Perform ongoing monitoring of sanctions, prepare credentialing reports, conduct delegation oversight of sub-delegated entities, support internal/external audit and survey processes, on-site audit liaison when needed, prepare Credentialing Committee deliverables, provide team support, respond to inquiries, projects and other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel especially)
- Experience in credentialling
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, reliability, self-management, works well with team.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment. - CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) Certification
- Healthcare background
