    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Associate to support the data needs of the business through reporting, spreadsheet management, and database support. This role requires strong technical aptitude, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Perform a variety of support activities to meet business data requirements.

     

    -Build and maintain spreadsheets and reports that summarize large datasets.

     

    -Run and modify reports from databases and other sources.

     

    -Research and locate data sources, set up data feeds, and maintain connections.

     

    -Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support daily operations and projects.

     

    -Address questions, resolve issues, and manage scheduling needs.

     

    -Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

     

    -Identify and implement quality, process, and service improvements.

    Physical Requirements:

    -Extensive phone and computer use.

     

    -Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.

     

    -Visual acuity for close work, color differentiation, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

    Compensation:

    $25-30/hr

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Strong computer aptitude and familiarity with data systems.

     

    -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).

     

    -Experience with financial systems such as SAP or subscription platforms like ChargeBee.

     

    -Ability to summarize and present large amounts of data clearly.

     

    -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

     

    -Strong deductive reasoning and analytical skills.

     

    -High attention to detail and follow-through.

     

    -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

     

    -Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. -Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.

     

    -Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with minimal supervision.

     

    -Organized and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
