    Job Description

    Insight Global is searching for a capture manager to support a large federal integrator in Sterling Heights, MI. The Capture Manager will support the client's defense portfolio, specifically targeting Army ground systems work. Although the Capture Manager will not manage people necessarily, they are the true responsible manager for customer-facing capture, marketing material development, research, pursuit management, and knowledge management. Candidates must have an active DOD Secret clearance to be considered, a bachelor's degree or supplemental experience, and at least 12+ years of industry experience with 6+ of those years specific to business development. Excellent work ethic, strategic thinking, writing, and project management skills are a requirement. The candidate must have a proven winning track record, suitable references, and superior organization and follow through. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    $86/hr - $96/hr

     

    Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.     Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of industry experience including 6+ years of experience in business development.

    • Must hold an Active Secret security clearance.

    • Clear and compelling writing, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

    • Strong work ethic with the willingness to work overtime including nights and weekends on short notice.

    • Excellent communication/presentation skills including exceptional persuasive writing skills to craft a clear story.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.

    • Superior organization and follow-through skills.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and analytical ability.

    • Proven winning track record is required.

    • Excellent business acumen skills. • Salesforce proficiency is preferred.
