    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Senior Angular Developer to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be supporting one of the largest electric distribution companies in the world. As a part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a senior level Angular developer to join the team and drive the modernizations of their webshop platform and this transformation as a whole. Some of these responsibilities include:

     

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    • Build responsive and performant Microfrontends from scratch using Angular, ensuring seamless integration with existing components.

    • Integrate multiple Microfrontends on the same page, optimizing performance and maintaining a consistent user experience.

    • Work closely with Microservices teams to align frontend and backend functionality, leveraging APIs and ensuring smooth communication between services.

    • Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and maintain high-quality code standards.

    • Contribute to architectural decisions, scalability, and best practices for web application development.

    • Support the new product team by implementing features, resolving issues, and enhancing the webshop's capabilities.

    • This role will be 3x a week in Dallas, TX, hours are 7am-4pm CST

    Skills and Requirements

    • 6 years of Angular Development experience (With experience with Angular 19)

    • Experience building out Microfront ends from scratch

    • Experience integrating multiple Microfront ends on the same page and with Microservices

    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related major · Experience in a ecommerce, B2B, or international environment

    • Hands on back-end development experience
