Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer to join our IT team. This role will support the development, and customization of our Salesforce platform to streamline court operations, case management, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance public service delivery.
$60-75/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
o 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce development or administration.
o Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is required.
o Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is preferred but not required.
o Basic proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, or SOQL.
o Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools such as Flow, OmniStudio, Reports and Dashboards.
o Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Skills and Competencies:
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical court staff.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
o Knowledge of court or legal systems is a plus but not required.
