    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a large health insurance client of ours. This team is supporting various BDA apps within medicare moving into a technical environment This Senior Scrum Master will be expected to push for the adoptions of agile and at scale for these new teams in the tech space. This resource will also be expected to advocate for change management and push the teams a healthy amount for the adoption of change. This Senior Scrum master will be interacting with the business stakeholders of the various products on occasion. Being able to present to stakeholders is a key piece of this role.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Experience as a Senior Scrum Master

    • Medicare background; if not Medicare than health care or health insurance experience

    • CMS experience

    • Experience with understanding projects with regulations

    • Jira experience

    • Confluence experience

    • Familiarity with Sharepoint & Teams

    • Familiar with scaling

    o SAFe preferred or scrum at scale frameworks

    • Change management understanding

     

    o self awareness, patience, can work & push but not push too hard. • Exposure to agile coaching

     

    • Presentation skills is a plus
