Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Digital Marketing Product Manager to lead initiatives at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and eCommerce. This role will drive product-focused decision-making, optimize customer experiences, and bridge the gap between business, analytics, and technical teams. The ideal candidate brings a blend of digital marketing knowledge, eCommerce expertise, and strong performance reporting skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the lifecycle of digital marketing and analytics products, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the analytics team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution.
• Lead performance forecasting and executive-level reporting by consolidating key data inputs from cross-functional teams.
• Analyze AT&T eCommerce order data to identify fraud risks, improve the customer journey, and support retention through informed product enhancements.
• Track and support key strategic initiatives, including national product and offer launches, by ensuring marketing tools, analytics, and processes are properly aligned.

Skills and Requirements
•-Partners with stakeholders across the organization to deliver the online experience for wireless customers, and drive execution for all customer touchpoints. This person will drive growth and increase channel share for online by developing leadership plans and strategies that drive results.
-Must analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and launch eCommerce projects. Work closely with marketing, sales, service/support, Web design and development teams to ensure that eCommerce solutions support business strategy and integrates with website.
-Identify projects, develop business cases, and manage aspects of projects from concept through to implementation.
-Directs the development of company eCommerce programs related to online wireless data devices or offers and overall strategy to maximize the brand presentation, consumer experience and support the integrated digital strategy. Manages the research, analysis, and monitoring of financial, technological and demographic factors, and designs plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
-May oversee website strategy and design for promotional programs, new functionality/capability, for digital products or services all related to wireless data devices, activations and offers.
- Experience with Merchandising, online sale, digital marketing and online offers. Previous work experience at Amazon or startup
