    Job Description

    One of Insight Global’s large distribution clients is seeking an IT Technician to support one of their warehouses. This resource will be responsible troubleshooting hardware issues and performing necessary repairs, maintaining and supporting Windows-based systems and applications, collaborating with the warehouse staff to identify and address IT needs, and resolving network and connectivity issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. Candidates must be comfortable working 2nd shift (3:30 PM-11:30 PM) and able to go onsite 5 days a week in Bolingbrook, IL.

    Compensation:

    $23/hr to $25/hr.

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 2-5 years of experience working in a technical support position

     

    - Experience working in a warehouse/distribution center environment

     

    - Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and other application issues

    - Experience troubleshooting network and connectivity problems

    - Comfortable assisting with wireless devices (ex. RF Guns) - College degree

     

    - Microsoft certifications
