Job Description

We are looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Operations to lead national Commercial Title Operations with a focus on title clearance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role partners across Examining and Underwriting teams to ensure policy adherence, production goals, and strategic timelines are met. The VP will drive long-term strategy, innovation, and performance across a major operational segment, shaping enterprise-wide outcomes. Success in this role requires deep functional expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Skills and Requirements

-10+ years of experience within Commercial Title Operations

-Manages and leads teams who perform a wide range of duties related to title operations, provide support to branches to clear

title, and focuses on customers

-Partners with and acts as a liaison between groups such as Examining and Underwriting to ensure that compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met

-Provides leadership and direction through directors, senior managers, or managers

-Is accountable for the performance and results of a major part of the organization

-Develops and executes strategy to achieve key business objectives

-Decisions are guided by client and business unit strategy and objectives

-Applies in-depth knowledge of own function or major operational segment as well as business expertise to differentiate client from the competition

-Impacts results of a business unit, major market or enterprise-wide function

-Evaluates key business challenges; directs the development of new or innovative solutions

-Shapes the opinions of, and negotiates with, senior leaders; establishes collaborative relationships across the business and

with external organizations

-Leads a major part of the organization (function or significant market within a business unit, or an enterprise-wide sub-function); develops and executes long-term strategy to achieve key business objectives.
