Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team onsite in Juno Beach. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The analyst will manage multiple data requests simultaneously, deliver impactful presentations, and help business units better understand and utilize data within the EDP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage 3–5 concurrent data requests from various business units.

Work independently with stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize tasks, and deliver actionable insights.

Create and deliver presentations that tell compelling stories with data.

Educate business units on data usage and integration into the EDP ecosystem.

Develop roadmaps and strategies for data sourcing and storage (e.g., SAP data planning).

Follow community of practices and tailor communication styles to different stakeholder groups.

Pay Rate: $40/hr-$50/hr depending on background/experience

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience in SQL (querying and data comprehension).

Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Excellent proactive communication and time management skills.

Experience with data storytelling and using visualizations to support presentations.

Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)

Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency.

Ability to manage dynamic workloads and prioritize competing requests.

Bachelor’s degree

A portfolio of work showcasing data storytelling or analysis is a strong plus. Master's degree

Self-starter with a consultative mindset.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Passionate about helping teams make data-informed decisions.
