    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications and automation workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate, with a strong emphasis on scalable and maintainable solutions.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.

    • Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.

    • Disqualifiers: Candidates with no previous experience building out apps will not be eligible for the role.

    • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous experience working with stakeholders especially stakeholders around the world in a global team. The ideal candidate also values quality over quantity, and would rather take their time to get things done right the first time. Previous experience working in production and high collaboration is also a big plus.

    • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on the ability to complete work assigned to them on time with high quality.

    • Minimum 3 years experience with designing, building, and maintaining Canvas/Model driven Power Apps (Power Fx).

    •Minimum 3 years experience with building and maintain process automations using Power Automate (Flows).

    • Minimum 3 years experience with integrating Power Platform apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and other connectors • Experience with Power BI: building reports, using DAX, and managing data models.

    • Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure DevOps Pipelines.

    • Familiarity with governance and compliance principles in the Power Platform.
