Job Description

Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers to break down business requirements into actionable technical tasks.

Document requests and group them into structured deliverables for onboarding and deployment.

Submit and manage cases in Salesforce Sales Cloud that roll up into broader project requests.

Translate business needs into user stories for the development team.

Support onboarding efforts across business segments:

Participate in process reviews and Kaizen sessions to identify and reduce manual work.

Maintain clear and repeatable documentation to support future team growth and knowledge transfer.

Compensation:

$48.00/hr to $60.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Experience working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

Excellent documentation skills to ensure repeatability and scalability.

Ability to support multiple business segments and adapt to evolving project phases. Experience supporting or working within manufacturing Exposure to Kaizen or continuous improvement methodologies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple PMs.
