    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.

    Compensation:

    $70-85/hr

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Technical Skills:

     

    o Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.

     

    o Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar).

     

    o Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).

     

    o Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.

     

    • Skills and Competencies:

     

    o Ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective technical solutions.

     

    o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

     

    • Education:

     

    o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

     

    • Experience:

     

    o 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

     

    • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certifications required; additional certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a plus. • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Government, or Service Cloud.

    • Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

    • Background in data migration using tools like Data Loader or Informatica.

    • Familiarity with security standards like OWASP and Salesforce Shield.
