• IT Project Manager/Scrum Master

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead a high-impact initiative for a client. This role will focus on managing a cloud migration project, working closely with both client and vendor teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong Agile mindset without being overly rigid, and has a solid technical background to effectively manage cross-functional teams and technical deliverables.

     

    The hourly pay rate for this contract is $60-75/hr and based on experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage Agile ceremonies and project delivery for the cloud migration.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders from both vendor and client to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

    • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

    • Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to leadership.

    • Ensure technical teams are supported and impediments are removed promptly.

    • Coordinate across hybrid teams to maintain momentum and accountability.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, managing large technical projects.

    • Proven experience running Agile projects; experience as a Scrum Master or holds relevant certifications (CSM, PSM).

    • Background in technical project management leading a large scale cloud initiative.

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with public sector clients.
