The Role:

We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful Concierge to assist guests with their needs throughout their visit. You will be the go-to expert for recommendations, reservations, and special requests, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet guests warmly and provide personalized assistance

+ Offer expert recommendations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and local attractions

+ Make reservations and coordinate bookings for dining, spa, tours, and special events

+ Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person

+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort amenities, services, and local happenings

+ Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues

+ Maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor at all times

What We're Looking For:

+ Prior experience in a concierge or guest services role preferred

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

+ In-depth knowledge of the Coeur d'Alene area and surrounding attractions a plus

+ Ability to multitask and handle guest requests with grace under pressure

+ Positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others

+ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Daily Perks:
