Work Hours/Shift:

Full Time Days

Monday Friday

40 hours a week

You Will Be Responsible For:

+ Maintains established productivity standards and supply expense metrics. Accountable for monthly departmental variances, budget, FTE, and expense variance reports/associated action plans

+ Plans and implements overall imaging policies, procedures, and services for aligned departments

+ Assesses patient care quality and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments

+ Manages staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.

+ Oversees scheduling, recruitment, hiring, firing, payroll, and student engagement

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field OR Associates degree AND Two years of technical experience AND Must be working towards obtaining Bachelor's degree in accordance with facility policy

+ BLS through American Heart Association

+ American Registry of Radiologic Technologist _OR_

+ Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist _OR_

+ Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer _OR_

+ Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer _OR_

+ Amer Reg Diag Med Sonography _OR_

+ Certified Radiologic Tech _OR_

+ MRI Tech
