The Account Service Project Coordinator is a detail-oriented, entry-level position that offers support to the Account Service department, with a focus on project management. Although not assigned specific accounts, APCs perform essential department tasks to aid Managers with a large focus in email marketing coordination.
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) below:
+ Email coordination (requests, checking, URL creation & coordinating deployment)
+ Data Analysis (scorecards, pricing comparisons, competitor research, etc..)
+ Administrative department tasks (daily notes, schedules, etc..)
+ Creative tasks (requests, proofing & coordinating approvals)
+ Quality Assurance (proofing pages, social posts, art, etc..)
+ Task management of your own tasks, as well as working with team members to ensure you receive the needed materials on time
Qualifications
+ Local to Baton Rouge, LA
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Attention to detail (high level of being detail-oriented)
+ Eagerness to learn & contribute ideas
+ Organizational & follow-through skills
+ Ownership of tasks and time management skills
+ Experience in project management and/or project management tools is preferred
