Key Responsibilities
+ Develop C programs to manipulate and optimize large-scale GDS data of millions of polygons.
+ Develop algorithms for image processing to model and correct for substrate distortion
+ Define software specification and design data preparation software products
+ Create test suites to ensure the quality of the software
+ Interface with QA and process engineers
Functional Knowledge
+ Candidate should have an advanced degree in computer science, software Engineering, CAD, EDA, or a related field
+ Candidate should have 6+ year related work experience (bachelor degree holder), or 3+ year related work experience (master degree holder).
+ Candidate should have 5+ years experiences in C/C++ programming languages.
+ Familiarity with physical verification RUNSET development preferred.
+ Familiarity with computational geometry problem solving preferred.
+ Experience with ODB++, GDS or OASIS file format, and EDA SW is a big plus.
+ Experience with OPC and mask data prep is a plus.
+ Experience in semiconductor processing or manufacturing preferred.
+ Experience in Linux Operating System preferred.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
