    Supports the duties of the Volunteer Engagement department and assists the division of Community Engagement, Advocacy, and Health.

    Description

    1. Provides administrative support for a variety of functions for the team.

    2. Provides customer service and support to volunteers, donors, and guests.

    3. Manages and maintains current information on the volunteer website, including an up-to-date List of Needs across all related collateral.

    4. Responsible for donation acceptance and stewardship communication for in-kind donations.

    5. Maintains internal volunteer service portal activities and records hours.

    6. Processes volunteer applications and supports onboarding, including checklist communication, reference checks, room scheduling, and preparation of training materials.

    7. Responsible for maintaining aspects of volunteer compliance in alignment with accreditation standards.

    8. Assists with special events, experiences, and group volunteers.

    9. Other duties as assigned.
