Summary:
With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.
The Imaging Services department offers a wide range of technologies from simple X-rays to complicated interventional radiological procedures. The highly trained professionals and state-of-the-art facilities provide quality imaging services for patient diagnosis and treatment, including: Diagnostic Radiology, Computerized Tomography, Mammography, Ultrasonography, Nuclear Medicine, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Electroencephalography, Electrocardiogram, Holter Monitoring and Echocardiography.
If you have outstanding communication skills and enjoy working with people, you could be the ideal candidate for our Imaging Patient Representative position. In this role, you will help the Imaging Services department provide the highest quality diagnostic service by acting as a liaison between patients and professional staff, and performing day-to-day clerical duties to support the department’s activities. We are looking for an organized and friendly individual with excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

**Minimum Qualifications:** High school or equivalent. One (1) year clerical experience demonstrating computer knowledge and skills, and excellent customer service skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:** One (1) to two (2) years of college. Medical Terminology course.
