Schedule

+ Hours are 8 am-430pm

+ This position is scheduled to work 40 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

+ Supply Management and Inventory

+ Collect, prepare, and protect specimens for accurate testing.

+ Process specimens for shipment to the appropriate labs while ensuring compliance with handling and storage protocols.

+ Perform regular calibrations and maintain reference standards to ensure accurate test results.

+ Respond promptly to emergencies and critical incidents to provide timely care.

+ Evaluate and recommend improvements to laboratory services and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation of tests performed and complete required reports.

+ Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in compliance with Universal Precautions and other infection control standards.

+ Adhere to YesCare’s safety and security policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.

Key Qualifications

+ Completion of an accredited Phlebotomy Technology program.

+ Minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.

+ Current CPR certification required.

+ Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirements.

+ Must pass a background check, security clearance, and drug screening.
