In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting the Program Management Organization by completing administrative and analytical work with minimal instruction, aiding in the success of the program(s). Main Function Responsibilities
A. Generate, update and distribute PMO team KPIs.
B. Review and update OEM waterfall and schedules.
C. Process COA for Test / CDR as needed to support the Program Managers.
D. Process RTP's as requested by Program Manager.
E. Maintain Commitment Letter database, and other databases as needed.
F. Provide shipping documents as requested by Customer.
G. Set-up team meetings as needed.
H. Coordinate customer meetings, including but not limited to room preparation, catering, travel, documents printing, etc.
I. Support data collection, assessment, analysis and presentation of varied topics (e.g. financial analysis, KPIs, etc.).
J. Organize and maintain the onboarding package of new team members, customize the onboarding to the person' need, set-up and ensure proper onboarding.
K. Perform analysis of data (mainly excel-based) as needed, to support the team.
L. Must be familiar as well as comfortable with basic computer programs word processing, database, and e-mail.
M. Must be self-motivated to complete program related task with little guidance.
N. Other duties as determined or assigned by the Management Team.

Candidate skills & requirements
A. Education & Qualification: Requires an Associate's degree or 3 years related experience in lieu of Associate's level degree to meet the education requirement.
B. Work Experience/Technical knowledge: In addition to meeting the education requirement, requires an additional 2 years' experience in a project team environment/exposure, or as administrative/executive assistant. Good communication and interpersonal skills to conduct both written and verbal communications. Excellent organizational skills; must have ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously; and prioritize those tasks as required. Must be computer literate. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software tools and e-mail.
C. Professional Skills: Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment. Ability to read and review written communication. Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English. Reasoning Ability that includes being open minded. Ability to organize each day's work to optimize support for the department. Ability to weigh situations and prioritize in such a way as to bring about the most positive results.
D. Physical Demands: This position requires extended periods of sitting while working with computers and viewing computer monitors and other office equipment. Finger dexterity needed in using misc. office equipment such as telephone, computer and copy machine, etc. Bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to approximately twenty pounds are required during tasks related to the job.
Work Environment: The work environment includes office setting with moderate office noise.
