What You’ll Do

As a Plant Engineer, you’ll:

+ Lead technical support for GKN Core Processes and ensure compliance with standards

+ Drive internal audits and KPI improvements through action planning and reporting

+ Support the Technology & Manufacturing Development Manager in updating standards and developing local skills

+ Attend regional and global meetings to align with international best practices

+ Design and improve manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment

+ Conduct engineering inspections and feasibility testing

+ Deliver training programs and support continuous improvement initiatives

+ Manage small to medium-scale projects and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

+ 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering

+ Strong skills in data analysis, process design, and engineering implementation

+ Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance

+ Knowledge of HSE policies and commitment to safety and compliance
