    Position: Customer Service Representative

     

    Full-Time | Hourly ($16.66–$20.00 DOE) + Commission + Benefits

     

    Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9AM–6PM

    What You’ll Do:

    + Own the phones—manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence and energy.

    + Create great experiences—schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and keep satisfaction high.

    + Leverage smart tools—work with advanced CRM technology to stay organized and effective.

    + Work comfortably—enjoy a sit/stand desk setup for flexibility.

    + Show your presence—assist customers in the showroom as needed

    + Jump in when needed—flexibility to help during peak seasons and big events like home shows.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Experience with both inbound and outbound calls—you know the pace, the flow, and how to keep energy up on a full shift.

    + Strong communication and active listening skills.

    + Great time management and organizational habits.

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + A positive, winning attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
