Your role and responsibilities
As a Systems Services Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional technical support. Serving as the primary technical interface to our clients, you will play a critical role in coordinating both hardware and software support, ensuring seamless operational services. Key Responsibilities:
* On-Site Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Execute on-site installation, maintenance, and repair activities for IBM and multi-vendor systems and components.
* Client Advisory Services: Provide clients with expert advice on preventive maintenance, configuration, operation, and environmental factors affecting product performance.
* Comprehensive Service Activities: Perform services activities, including systems assurance, problem determination, discontinuance, and relocation.
* Client Satisfaction Focus: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and technical support.
* This is a field-based/mobile position that requires frequent travel by car to client sites across the Jacksonville, FL area. As such, the work location is considered Jacksonville, FL.
Required technical and professional expertise
* Hands-on experience with break/fix support for printers, servers, laptops, and desktops.
* Server and Printer experience (Lenovo, Dell, Lexmark)
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Professional communication and customer service skills when interacting with clients.
* This is a field-based/mobile position that requires frequent travel by car to client sites across the Jacksonville, FL area. As such, the work location is considered Jacksonville, FL.
* Must possess a valid driver’s license and must have reliable vehicle.
Preferred technical and professional experience
* Experience with Cisco, Apple and Storage is a plus.
* Practical knowledge and experience working with Lenovo and Lexmark devices.
