    Introduction

     

    We’re seeking a Global SDR Enablement Senior Manager to design, build, and scale enablement programs that empower our global Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to perform at their highest level. This role will lead onboarding, training, content, tools, and coaching initiatives specifically tailored to our SDR organization, with a focus on driving pipeline generation, consistent messaging, and sales productivity.

     

    You will partner closely with SDR leadership, Marketing, Product, and broader Enablement to ensure our SDRs are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to be successful across all regions. This is both a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of enablement, sales excellence, and global alignment.

     

    Your role and responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    Program Design & Execution

     

    *

     

    Own the global SDR onboarding program, ensuring new hires ramp quickly and effectively.

     

    *

     

    Develop ongoing enablement programs (monthly training, skill workshops, product updates) for SDRs worldwide.

     

    *

     

    Create playbooks, talk tracks, call guides, and competitive battlecards tailored for SDR use.

     

    Collaboration & Alignment

     

    *

     

    Partner with SDR leaders to assess needs, identify skill gaps, and align on business priorities.

     

    *

     

    Work closely with Product Marketing and Product teams to deliver impactful product launch enablement for SDRs.

     

    *

     

    Collaborate with RevOps and Systems teams to optimize tools, reporting, and workflows.

     

    Coaching & Skills Development

     

    *

     

    Implement global coaching frameworks in partnership with frontline SDR managers.

     

    *

     

    Monitor performance metrics (activity, conversion, pipeline creation) to identify trends and prioritize enablement.

     

    *

     

    Scale best practices across geographies and ensure consistency in execution.

     

    Content & Tools

     

    *

     

    Ensure SDRs have easy access to content, assets, and competitive intelligence.

     

    *

     

    Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to ensure SDR messaging aligns with company narrative.

     

    *

     

    Own and manage learning platforms (e.g., LMS, call recording tools) as they relate to SDR enablement.

     

    Measurement & Impact

     

    *

     

    Define KPIs to measure enablement effectiveness (time-to-ramp, quota attainment, conversion rates).

     

    *

     

    Track and analyze program impact, iterating to continuously improve outcomes.

     

    *

     

    Present program success metrics and insights to leadership.

     

    Required technical and professional expertise

     

    Demonstrated extensive experience in Sales Enablement, SDR/BDR Leadership, or related roles.

     

    *

     

    Proven experience enabling or managing SDR/BDR teams across multiple regions.

     

    *

     

    Strong program management skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution.

     

    *

     

    Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.

     

    *

     

    Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS sales cycles and pipeline development.

     

    *

     

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment.

     

    Preferred technical and professional experience

     

    *

     

    Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.

     

    *

     

    Familiarity with sales engagement and enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Highspot, Salesforce).

     

    *

     

    Global exposure: experience working across North America, EMEA, and APAC SDR teams.

     

    *

     

    Instructional design or adult learning certification.
